well, yesterday is the Chinese "ball ball" day !
also known as 冬至( dong zhi )... XD
winter solstice ...
so as a tradition, the making of the 汤圆 (tang yuan ) is a must on that day !
therefore, i made some too !
together with my sister and my mum..
so long i didnt make it already. but it still look good. wanna know how?
here are a few simply steps to make the best 汤圆.. hehe.
1) first , prepare the dough and press it till look like this !
reminder : do not make too big.. or else you will know why later ... o.0
2) put in the peanuts...
3) then , make it into a ball !
4) then boil it in hot water till all the balls float...
easy rite !
if you have some creativity and time, you can upgrade your ball ball also !
